Description of Jewellery
This piece draws from ceiling motifs found in historic Chinese architecture, where circular centres and measured outlines were used to structure interior ornament. The design interprets these elements in a compact form suited to contemporary wear.
The composition places a rounded centre within a defined outer frame, reflecting the ordered geometry seen in traditional interiors. The structure is kept clear and symmetrical, allowing the architectural motif to remain the focus.
Made in 990 silver through traditional filigree work, the earrings maintain an emphasis on outline, proportion and clarity of form.
